The following information is mandatory and will be used to determine fees and inspections required to process your Business License application. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Prior to applying for a business license, we recommend verifying your proposed business use is permitted for the zoning district in which you plan to locate by calling the Planning Division at (775) 321-8309.
