We request you to open this documentary credit in accordance with the instructions given in this application and subject to theGeneral Conditions of your institution, as filed by the Netherlands Bankers’ Association at the Registrar’s Office of the DistrictCourt of Amsterdam on 27 July 2009 and to the ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, latest version, asadopted and published by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. A copy of the General Conditions and ICC UniformCustoms will always be available at the counters of all branches of the bank and will be sent upon request.
