1. All applicants may note that this is a registration for interest and NOT any application for space or boothsand GJEPC does not guarantee any rights for allotment of space based on this application for registrationof interest. The show is open for participation ONLY to current members of the GJEPC.

2. Depending on the overall outcome of the said survey, GJEPC will decide a ceiling on the maximum noof booths that could be allocated to each member company in any of the sections at the proposed show.The deposit amount should be given for maximum number of booths applied for. You will also berequired to indicate whether you will participate if the number of allocated booths will be lower thanthe number of booths specified / mentioned by you.

3. Note that just filling up of this ROI will not guarantee your space booking. An application on prescribedform for Signature IIJS 2016 should also be submitted on basis of which booths will be allotted. Howeverthe date of that application will be announced in due course.

4. Member, applicants may note that your participation in this show will have no connection with anypreferences or privileges in your participation at any past or future editions of IIJS-Mumbai.

5. Signature Club: Those members opting for Signature club will have to adhere to selection criteria that will be pre-set by GJEPC. In case the application of any member is rejected as he / she disqualifies for this section, the particular member will have a choice to participate in any other category as per the product category which he /she falls into. Members intending to exhibit within the Signature Couture club would be required to bear additional premium charges. Members may also indicate whether they would like to opt out if they are NOT considered eligible for this particular section.

6. Loose Stone v/s Jewellery: Companies willing to participate under Jewellery section and also intending to exhibit/display/show loose stones may apply separately if they also wish to participate in loose stone section. Please note that display of loose stones in the Jewellery section & vice versa will be strictly prohibited.

7. Rules of Allotment: The final rules of allotment/ participation / visitor promotion at the show will be duly informed to all the members. GJEPC reserves all the rights to decide / making rules of allotment/ participation of booths to interested participants at the said show.

8. Cancellation: Your participation in this survey will only give your company a preference in allotment (The queing system). Incase, if you wish to cancel you may inform the same to us in writing prior to the date of allotment beyond which the initial deposit would be non-refundable. If the GJEPC is unable to allocate booths or take any company’s requirement for allocation of booths during the time of allotment due to disqualification or shortage of space, the entire amount deposited as advance token will be refunded without interest.

9. The above mentioned rates are only the token amount to be paid along with the expression of your

interest for participation.

10. Display of Exhibits: Display of products by all exhibitors should be commensurate with the section he / she have opted for. Display of all exhibits will be monitored & strictly as per the section opted for. Any change at a later date at any future edition will not be permitted. No counter sale will be permitted at the said show.

11. Please submit this application form not later than 15th September 2015.
