Ideally, these letters should comment on your academic achievements as well as any contributions you have made to your school. We prefer these be included in your application package however, if necessary, they can be sent separately. Please contact Carolyn Sedore if you are not including in your application package.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION

It is your responsibility to submit a complete application with all supporting documents on or before February 5th, 2018. Please do not include any supplementary material not requested such as CDs and memory sticks. Your application package will include, in the following order :

1. complete and signed application2. official high school transcript [if attended more than one school please include all]3. reference letter #1 - Math or Computer Studies teacher4. reference letter #2 - Principal or designate5. copies of all relevant award certificates (originals cannot be sent back to you)

You have three options for submission:

Email carolyn.sedore@uwaterloo.ca ONE attachment containing your entire application and all supporting documents. Please avoid sending separate files. This could result in an incomplete file being considered.
