Program Overview

Aspire Women Leaders Program is a year-long development program specifically tailored to female insurance intermediaries who are looking to become future business leaders.

Our intensive 12-month program will equip you with the executive skills to excel in a senior leadership position. Working with program peers, you will be given the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally and make a difference to your organisation and the wider insurance community.

The program includes presentations and interactive content from a highly reputable and renowned source. Participants will participate in six Core Development programs led by the University of NSW/Australian Graduate School of Management, a number of self-development modules and a simulation exercise.

Business Sponsor

You will need to engage an executive level Business Sponsor from your company to support you both in terms of financially contributing towards your attendance at the course with travel costs and extra accommodation costs beyond what is provided, if required; and providing adequate time off to attend the course and complete pre-work and required work for the course.
