PLACEMENTSThe Institute shall assist on best effort basis for deserving candidates to get interviewed for potential job opportunities. Hiring will entirely be the prerogative of the company, based on the candidate's abilities and company policy.

Any placements or internships or temporary assignment of a commercial or non-commercial nature for a student/candidate shall be independently vetted by the student. The Institute shall only facilitate but shall not be liable for any commercial/non-commercial dispute or actions arising from any arrangement or relationship or contract whether written or oral that a student may have with a third party/wedding management company. The Institute strongly recommends that all the students have a signed offer and clearly defined terms of engagement – commercial and non-commercial between the candidate and any company/agency/individual the student intern/works for. LIABILITYThe Institute shall in no way be responsible or liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to the candidate or to his/her property from any cause whatsoever.

The candidate is expected to respect the Institute’s property i.e. premises/ equipment, furniture & fixtures, fittings, etc. Any damage, other than in normal course of wear and tear, to the premises/equipment caused by the candidate shall be borne and reimbursed by the candidate to the Institute.Global Wedding Academy by Wizcraft MIME may at its sole discretion adjust the same against candidate receivables.

The candidate is solely responsible for his behaviour/responsibility during any practical training internship, job opportunity provided by the Institute. The Institute does not take any responsibility for the candidate's actions.

RIGHT OF ALTERATION/MODIFICATIONThe Institute reserves the right to alter or modify the structure of its programme within the current board outline to attain the objective of excellence. The Institute reserves its right to modify/alter and/or include any other 'Terms & Conditions' that may be deemed fit in the interest of the Institute.

The Institute reserves its right to postpone /cancel any particular course/programme before the commencement in case of unavoidable circumstances. In case the Institute cancels any course /programme that the candidate has enrolled for, the Institute will refund the paid fees to the candidate.

JURISDICTION Any dispute pertaining to admission, or any matter as a candidate of WIZ MIME GLOBAL WEDDING ACADEMY LLP shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai Court only.
