L-MODUTM which is only made from propylene monomer has been developed by

Idemitsu Kosan Co.,Ltd. with its original metallocene catalyst technology.

That features are ‘Low Modulus’, ‘Low Melting Point’ and ‘Low Melt Viscosity’

compared with Isotactic PP because of that own low crystallinity.

L-MODUTM is new type polypropylene with characteristics of low

crystallinity, low melting point and softness. It is controlled molecular

stereo-regularity by producing with Idemitsu`s metallocene catalyst.

The number of sphrulite increases by reducing the spherulite size

regarding to the delay of crystallization rate by adding L-MODUTM to PP.
