The AA-600 series IP modules allow the creation of custom-

ized communication devices on a LAN network ranging from

VoIP Video Doorphones telephony systems, hands-free inter-

coms, IP amplifiers for PA (Public Address Audio Paging)

broadcasting of announcements and music, up to Actuator

Systems of Security and Emergency. The modules are de-

signed to be integrated into devices and systems customized

by the customer, for example:

• Conversion of old intercoms into LAN IP video Doorphones

• Emergency-Information columns

• Access and gate control, entrances, gates and barriers

• Use as a communication system for public access machines

The AA-600 modules are two-way communication systems. In

the simplest application it is sufficient to connect a micro-

phone, a speaker and a button to create a complete VoIP SIP

PoE communication system integrated in the LAN with 2 in-

ternal relays that can be remotely activated.

Integration in telephone and security systems

AA-600 integrates perfectly with VoIP telephony systems (IP-

PBX) with SIP protocol that can be registered as a normal

VoIP phone or in Peer-to-Peer (P2P) mode without a PBX.

Included APP for iOS and Android, PC Sofware

APPs are available for iOS/Android Smartphones, software

for Windows PCs is provided for the management of 1 to 16

modules. For larger systems, ADAM management software is

available for up to 1,000 modules.

Programming, configuration, loading and listening of audio

files, firmware update, audio volume adjustment, backup,

configuration reset, restart.

Recorded messages

Inside the SD card are recorded sounds and messages for au-

tomatic or specific command sending. The messages can be

customized by the user and can be loaded remotely via LAN.

The modules are PoE (Power over Ethernet) on the UTP ca-

ble, but also allow input from an external power supply.

“SIP Security Info Call” Function By connecting a button or an external

contact, AA-600 can call a phone num-

ber programmed to alert the event with

a warning specific message. The remote

operator can acknowledge the event

and break the repetition with a code,

also can remotely activate a relay. By

connecting a speaker to AA-600 it is

possible to play a message or a pre-

recorded sound file before sending the

call.

This function is ideal in all those cases

of emergency, call for help or infor-

mation, alarm systems, video surveil-

lance, machine controls etc. in any

geographical point of the network. The

service can be used in a "fair" way by

banks and security services with an hid-

den button.

A traditional doorphone, of any brand, becomes a VoIP-SIP doorphone by installing the AA-600/SM51

module in the flush box powered by the UTP cable with PoE and replacing the loudspeaker and micro-

phone of the intercom with the indicated parts. The call button of the traditional intercom is discon-

nected from the old circuitry and connected directly to the module. The 2 internal relays drive the

opening of the gate, lights, or other devices. In the absence of the PoE power supply, a local 220/12V-

1A both DC and AC power supply can be connected to the module.

Conversion of a traditional Doorphone with push-button panel into a VoIP-SIP one Traditional

By means of the AA-697/P16 interface it is possible to adapt an external doorphone with push-button

panel up to 16 buttons to the VoIP module AA-600. Each button will activate a Peer-to-Peer call to a

specific address that will reach the assigned extension. All extensions can operate the relays. In the

presence of an IP-PBX switchboard the functions are the same.

On the occurrence of an alarm event, or found a malicious activity

through the video surveillance system, AA-600 can automatically send a

sound or prerecorded message on the speaker and call a local phone

number to alert the event with another specific message notice. The op-

erator can connect to AA-600 module and activate a relay to drive other

external devices (sirens, lights, ...) and to communicate in a unidirection-

al manner through the speaker.

The AA-600/SM52 version, internally equipped with a

20W audio amplifier board, can be inserted into pas-

sive loudspeakers to transform them into amplified SIP

Speaker up to 20W. By inserting also the microphone

accessory AA-699/MIC it becomes a system of diffu-

sion and bidirectional hands free communication. The

internal relays can however be used to operate exter-

nal devices as warning lights.

"Push to Talk" function: by connecting an external

pushbutton to the module it is possible to generate a

SIP call and the communication towards the called one

by keeping the button pressed.

Night ringer: the module has a 2nd SIP account which

if inserted into a night ringer group allows to broad-

cast a sound, customizable by the user, of repetition

of the call with the PBX in night service.

ADAM is a software that can be installed on a Windows PC and with a

practical user interface turns it into a complete centralized Console for

monitoring and managing all AA-600 series IP-SIP systems and the entire

“SipComPoint” and “SipComStage” series.

A click will display all the Tema devices connected to the LAN, with the

description assigned by the user to each device, the IP address and oth-

er useful information.

With ADAM it is possible to query and program each terminal, update

its software release, adjust the audio volume, activate audio messages

contained in the remote device, and more.

Free software included

VideoConsole for PC, APP for Smartphone iOS e Android

AA-VideoConsole is a software that is supplied free of charge with the

AD600 series IP audio devices and the AA-500 and AA-600 series IP

video doorphone systems, used to monitor and operate from a single

location with 16 IP audio devices and/or IP video doorphones. The

software can be installed on one or more PCs (without license limits)

with operating system from Windows XP/7/10 or later. The software

allows to see the area framed by the camera in IP video doorphones,

to communicate and remotely operate the relays of the terminals

managed in the network, all from the software window itself. The PC

where AA-VideoConsole is installed must be equipped with a sound

card and fitted with speakers and a microphone.

It is possible to display up to 16 scenes/devices at the same time and

operating with one terminal at a time chosen from those in the win-

dow.

The same version for iOS and Android smartphones can be download-

ed for free from the respective Applestore and Google Play stores.
