GUIDELINES TO APPLY ONLINE FOR UG COURSES

1. Open website https://sol.du.ac.in/ , click on link Online Admission 2014-15

2. On opening link, the following screen pops up

3. New User should first click on Registration button to register himself/herself for

School of Opening Learning UG Admission 2014. On clicking this button following

screen pops up:

Fill the following details of the Student applying for UG Course:

a) E-Mail Id

b) Name

c) Mobile Number

d) Gender

It is mandatory to fill all the details mentioned above.

4. Click on Save button and then click on Login button to open login window which

opens as follows:

Fill in the following details as received on E-Mail Id /Mobile Phone:

a) User Name

b) Password

5. Click on Submit Button. On Successful Login, following page opens up:

6. Click on Admission tab and then click on General Information, this opens up the

following window:

Student must fill all the details as per their board mark sheet and certificate.

It is required to fill all the mandatory fields denoted by *.

7. Click on Save button. If above filled data is saved successfully, the following

message is displayed:

8. Move towards the end of the page, it shows as follows

9. Click on Next button , it shows following screen:

10. Click on Save button and click Next to open following screen.

Fill in the subject details, Click on Save button.

11. Click on Next Button , following screen pops up:

Upload the above listed documents.

a) Upload photo & sign in jpg format only

b) Upload other documents in pdf format only

12. Click on Save button. Following screen opens up with a popup screen showing File

Uploaded Successfully

13. Click on Admissions tab , select view info , the following screen opens up:

14. Check all the details and move to the end of the page, as follows:

15. If satisfied with the details shown and accepting the declaration, tick the checkbox,

Click on Finally Submit button and move to step 17.

16. If not satisfied with the details submitted, click on Admissions tab, select the option

where editing is required. Edit the changes and hit Save Button. For, further process

repeat from step 13.

17. Logout from the application.

18. After one working day, submit fees through online mode (Challan/Credit Card/ Debit

Card/ Net banking).

FEE PAYMENT PROCESS AFTER ONE DAY

1. Open website https://sol.du.ac.in/ , click on link Online Admission 2014-15

2. On opening link, the following screen pops up

3. Enter username and password as received on E-Mail/ Mobile Phone. Click Submit to

login to the application.

4. Click on Admissions and then click View Info:

5. The Following screen opens up:

6. Click Finally Submit button, the following screen opens up:

7. Click on Payment to proceed for fee payment, the following screen opens up:

8. Tick the checkbox and click on Proceed button, the following screen opens up.

a) Select Payment Category -> UG ADMISSION 2014

b) Enter barcode (as displayed on leftmost top corner of the form)

Click on Submit button to proceed.

9. Fill in the details required.

12. Choose the payment mode and make the fee payment accordingly.
