NACE International is excited to introduce the NACE Leadership Program. NACE wants to prepare members to ascend as leaders not only in their job and industry, but also within the Association. Program is limited to 24 seats. Developed with NACE leaders in mind, participants in the pilot course will participate in exciting discussion on topics including:

• Strategic Planning

• Awareness of Current & Future Industry Trends

• Association Management & Governance

• Coaching and Developing Others

• Interpersonal Relationship Skills

The NACE Board of Directors (BOD) serves a vital role in overseeing and governing the Association. The BOD is expected to steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as making sure the Association has adequate resources to advance its mission. Each individual board member is expected to conduct himself or herself in a manner that exhibits sound judgment, undivided allegiance to the organization in decision-making, and faithfulness to the organization’s mission.
