Subject:- Appointment of Shri Om Prakash as Consultant in Planning

Sanction of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed to the appointment of Shri Om Prakash as a Consultant in the Voluntary Action Coordination (VAC) Cell, Planning Commission for a period of two years w.e.f. the forenoon of 15th

June, 2009 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Shri Om Prakash will be paid a consolidated fee of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) p.m. in lieu of his services as Consultant. The other terms and conditions of his appointment will be the same as contained in the offer of appointment of even number dated 9th June, 2009. 2. The expenditure will be debitable to the following Head of Account of the Planning Commission:- Demand No. 73 Major Head 3475 00.800 Other Expenditure (Minor Head) 06 Expertise for Planning Process 06.00.28 Payment for Professional and Special Services 3. This sanction is being issued with the approval of the Standing Sanctioning Committee for appointment of Consultants in the Planning Commission.
