• Built on solid foundation of respectful conversations among

trusted professionals.

• Meaningless in content – you shouldn’t want your boxes

ticked.

• Forgotten between setting goals at the start of the year and

reviewing them at the end.

• Polishing your cricket ball.

• Big Brother.

• A competition between teachers.

their effect – even with greatly

different techniques/styles.
