desired, our in-house mortgage analyst will research and identify various financing options for you. Once you have made application for pre-approval, your Dior Executive Associate goes to work finding the home

of your dreams.

Saving Your Valuable Time We know you are busy and that time spent with family is important. Therefore, once you complete your

Home Select Portfolio, Dior Executive Realty goes to work identifying the homes , communities, and amenities that meet your Home Select requests. We preview homes to determine if the home aligns with

your selected features and fit with your available financing criteria.

Supporting you to the finish Your financing is approved, you have found your home, closing the deal is all that remains. This is where your Dior Executive Assistant steps in to become your personal assistant. We help you gather documents

requested for final approval. We engage constant communication to ensure that all requirements are met to assure a seamless transaction. Our in-house closing analyst performs HUD-1/Settlement Statement

review 24 hours prior to closing. Your Dior Executive Associate will attend the closing.

Closing and beyond Hurray, you’ve closed! Our Executive Assistants are available to help you with everything from change of

address, auto registrations, and even finding a pet sitter in your new neighborhood. Our preferred network partners also provide you with great DIOR Executive specific perks such as discounts and free

stuff! Although you have closed, once you are in the Dior Executive family our 24hour post-closing phone support is always available to you!
