Project review: The application received contingent vesting on February 17, 2015. A pre-application conference was held March 12, 2015. Preliminary approval was issued on December 2, 2015. Final engineering approval was granted June 3, 2016.

Zoning: Rl-10 Lot Size: The Rl-10 zone has a minimum lot area of 10,000 square feet and a maximum average lot area of 15,000 square feet. Actual Lot Size: Parcels range in size from 12,358 square feet to 34,178.23 square feet. Proposed lots 1 through 4 comply with the average maximum lot size requirement with an average size of 13,620. Lot 5 qualifies for an exception to the average maximum lot size requirement because of the existing residence.
