2004 – MonteAdriano Group develops Water utilities businesses through INDAQUA

2005 – MonteAdriano Group registers its branch in ROMANIA becoming an autonomous

2008 – MonteAdriano Group inaugurates 169 km of road in HUAMBO – ANGOLA

Eg. Pretarouca Dam

This new infrastructure integratesBalsemão System and serves thetowns ofLamego, Tarouca, Resende, easternpart of Cinfães, Castro D'Aire and Vila Nova de Paiva, a total population of118 146 inhabitants.

Beyond the Pretarouca Dam, theBalsemão System consists of DrinkingWater Treatment Plant with a treatment capacity of 19,872 m3/day, 3 Pumping Stations, a Pipeline System about 145 km long, and 3 reservoirs.


Eg. Odelouca Dam

The Odelouca Dam stores water from a basin of 393 km2, a reservoir with approximately 7.8 km2. The water is then transported by 8.15 km tunnel Odelouca- Funcho until it intersects the adductorAlcantarilha, 200 m downstream of the dam's Funcho. After over 11.5 kilometers, the water reservoir reaches Odelouca Water Treatment Plant of Alcantarilha, where is treated and distributed to municipalities.

The Sambade system serves a population of 5440 inhabitants, including the municipal Alfandega da Fé and Vila Flor, andbeyond the dam Sambade, there is a Water Treatment Plant with a treatment capacity of 2793 m3/day, 2 PumpingStations, a Pipeline System with about 20 km long and 2 tanks.

• In Portugal, MonteAdriano Agregados has 8 production plants, strategically distributed in the Central Northern region of Portugal.

• Internationally, in the market of Angola, the Group has 7 production plants, namely Pedreira do Tombo, do Libongos, da Cuca and in Benguela. A Concrete and Bituminous Plant in Huambo, a Concrete Plant in Benguela and a Bituminous Plant in Viana.

•Besides its influence on residential and commercial buildings, services and tourism, it has a

strong international presence, with the same level as MonteAdriano Engenharia &

Construção, and also gives great relevance to Angola;

•It is strongly based on the international field, in which 77% of the foreseen investment comes from abroad, specially from Angola.

• Real estate investments include strategic partnerships for various regions. At this moment, MonteAdriano Group has 4 partnership groups in the scope of its real estate activity.
