The welcome meeting is held after the investiture of

the new member, preferably before his first board

meeting, when the administrative structure of Banco

do Brasil will be presented, and the corporate and

strategic documents will be provided.

The institutional presentations will be scheduled to

be given by key members of the company’s Board

of Executive Officers.

Visit

The members of the Board will visit

the Banco do Brasil headquarters

in Brasilia, including the Board of

Officers, Executive Secretariat and

Board of Directors facilities. In this

opportunity, they will be informed

about the supporting structure in the

Executive Secretariat in Rio de

Janeiro and in São Paulo, that offers

meeting and videoconference rooms,

and a complete assistance at their

disposal.
