DELIVERY & WARRANTY DELIVERY GUARANTEE

Our fleet of delivery trucks is driven by our professional drivers. Our drivers are trained and equipped to handle setup and minor repairs.

Our delivery units are equipped with “mules.”

These mini-forklifts allow us to deliver your building in tight places where trucks and trailers could never go.

This FREE service is another advantage of purchasing your portable building from Quality Buildings, Inc.

Free DeliveryWe offer free delivery within 250 miles of Norman, OK and Lubbock, TX on all new construction. All dealer inventory buildings are delivered free within 50 miles of the dealers location. This service includes setup of your building including but not limited to proper leveling, correct operation of doors, and setup of additional items such as a ramp. Typical delivery is 14-21 days. We are committed to delivering your building in a safe and timely manner. Delivery time can be affected by weather, seasons, and holidays.

Expedited Delivery ServiceWe offer an expedited delivery service for our customers who are in the immediate need of a building. This service guarantees delivery of your buildings within 7 business days after purchase for a $100 service charge or we will pay you $250. This service applies to all buildings, new, used, or custom built. Expedited service charge is due at signing.

Conditions of Expedited Delivery 1. Quality Buildings, Inc. retains right to extend 7 day delivery by number of delivery days prevented due to inclement weather.2. Customer must accept first available delivery date and time given by Quality Buildings, Inc.. staff.3. Subject to change during holidays.

*Lease purchase customers who qualify for $250 voucher will have the credit applied to the principal of the amount owed once voucher has been approved.

Five (5) Year Limited WarrantyQuality Buildings, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that all of the Quality Buildings products are free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery , and will repair or replace any components that do not provide reasonable service under normal use, for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. In addition the warranties given by the individual product manufacturers are extended to the original purchaser, such as the 30-year warranty on the shingles and the limited lifetime warranty on the treated floor skids and floor joists. Quality Buildings shall not be responsible for the natural characteristics of some wood to warp, split, or twist. Purchaser required to inspect and address any issues to coating annually, in order to maintain Quality Buildings warranty coverage.
