TEAM RAMAN of PIET attained second position in HACKATHON.They have won a cash prize of 75,000 INR.The team was mentored by Mr.Shiraz Khurana (A.P,CSE) and Mr.Surjeet Kumar (A.P,CSE). The students of team are Chirag Makkar (CSE IIIrd year),Anshul Sharma (CSE IIIrd year),Lokesh Manchanda (CSE IIIrd year) ,Harshit Sharma (CSE IIIrd year) ,Lakshay Chabbra (CSE IInd year),Aaditya Chakravarty (CSE IInd year).

In this event,10,000 programmers have particiapted through 36 hours,which started from April 1,8:00 am to find digital solutions to solve 598 social problems identified by 29 government departments.This initiative was taken by the Government of India to push Modi’s Digital India initiative.TEAM RAMAN PIET came up with National Enterpreneurship Internship Exchange Software.This solution was provided to the Ministry of Skill Development and Enterpreneurship.

DESPEDIDA 2K17

Despedida was held on 21 April,2017.It was a farewell party

organised by the students of 3rd year to bid adieu to our lovely

students of CSE.

Our esteemed dignitaries and final year students were welcomed

and were taken to party in a Limousine and a chariot respectively.

The event started with tilak ceremony and was proceeded with stage

activities and other games.Students received amazing titles

regarding their own individual personalities.

DESPEDIDA 2K17

A ship is alwaays safe at the shore,but that is not what it’s built for.

There were several dance

performances and other stage

performances.After that there was

snacks arranged for the students and

dignitaries.Afterwards there was lunch

arranged at the Cafeteria.

Then there was open stage for

dancing at the Open Air Theatre.

Students were really mesmerized

and amused.This was one of the best

farewells of all times.

alumni speaksPIET was a wonderful and an unforgettable. institute.CSE Department is the most amazing department. of our college.Time passed so quickly and those four years became the most beautiful years of my life.The faculty is really supportive and are extremely talented.They not only helped me in enhancing my educational skills but also changed my personality completely.The teachings at PIET proved to be very helpful in the corporate world and also helped me in managing big projects with coordination and unity.
