UPDATE ON TB TESTING PROCESS
A nurse has to administer the risk
assessment questionnaire in per-
son. This began on August 31st.
Our district nurse (Tina), will be
available the last Wednesday of
every month from 3:00-4:00pm in
the student services office. Any-
one needing a TB test can drop in
during that time for her to admin-
ister the questionnaire. Please
come in when you get your first
reminder 3 months before it ex-
pires, so that you have enough
time to obtain a test should you
not pass the questionnaire. The
dates are April 25 & May 24
