Canada

Ciad Mile Failte… One Hundred Thousand Welcomes!

The Organizing Committee of the 8th Canadian Waste Resource Symposium looks forward to

welcoming you to the beautiful city of Halifax April 27-29, 2016.

The theme of the Symposium is ‘Oceans of Opportunity: Where Past Success and New Horizons

Converge’. It is an exciting time in the waste management industry as we continue to adapt

to the challenges we encounter, innovate and find new ways to create efficiencies while

building on our past successes.

The Symposium is shaping up to have a fantastic technical program of speakers from around

the world, interesting technical tour options, a Trade Show full of exhibitors and many great

networking opportunities.

Our Maritime Kitchen Party is one not to be missed! We look forward to showcasing the finest in

East Coast hospitality, food and live entertainment at this event.

If you have the opportunity to arrive a little early, or stay a little later after the Symposium

concludes, we encourage you to check out all of the beautiful scenery, activities and

highlights both our city and our province has to offer.

We would like to extend a huge ‘Thank You’ to our sponsors. Without the support of forward

thinking organizations such as yours, events like this that improve our industry as a whole would

not be possible.

We can’t wait to ‘Sea’ you in Halifax in April!
