The Easter Bunny will ride through Maplewood Community Association on April 11th from 1-3pm (rain date: April 18th). Watch for a vehicle transporting the Easter Bunny driving slowly past your home, come to the curb to receive candy, and/or use your phone or camera to take your picture with the bunny. For safety: Trier/Maplecrest children should come to inside association streets. Please drive slowly and do not pass the Easter Bunny.

MCA is saving for new entrance signs

Architectural Control Committee

All construction, repair, replacement, installation of any structure, or

improvement of any type must have approval from the ACC. Items needing to be

approved include, primary home, shed, driveway and fence. Make this form the

first step in your planned renovation. Form is available on our website, printable

Please do NOT leave trash cans in front of your house or

garage. Keep our community looking great by moving your

trash/recycling cans inside your garage or to the side of your

house when not at the curb for pickup. No trash cans in line-

of-sight. Contact the ACC if you choose to install some type of

screen to block the view of your trash cans.
