Tardy Policy Reminder Dear Parents, We appreciate your assistance with ensuring students arrive to school on time. Students are considered tardy if they are not in the teacher's class by 7:30 a.m. The school start bell rings at 7:20 and the tardy bell rings at 7:30. Students who are car riders may be dropped off as early as 7:00 for school entry. The Frost school policy regarding tardies is as follows: Students with excessive tardiness will be referred to the attendance committee for consideration of ISS and a vis-it by the social worker. Three or more tardies in a nine week period will disqualify students from attendance awards. *At 3 tardies the parent will receive an attendance poli-cy reminder. *At 5 tardies students will be assigned morning deten-tion beginning at 7:00 *Every tardy after 5 will result in a morning detention assignment.
