One day, 8 year old Aqua and her Mom decide to take a walk by the beautiful reservoir that their family gets its water from. When they get there — yikes! They find out that the reservoir is low and they need to conserve.

With the help of her trusty dog, Sparky, Aqua gets her family to change a few habits that waste lots of water. Even her little brother Squirt helps out!

It means to “SAVE”.

On a beautiful afternoon,Aqua, her Mom and Sparky the dog are walking at the reservoir.

Sure. But first, I’m going to take a shower. I just finished the lawn

and I’m a mess.

your brother to get ready for bed.

Mom! Wait! I just read that

running dishwashers that aren’t full is a HUMONGOUS waste.

Squirt! You should turn off the water

when you brush your teeth.

Squirt, Mom says get ready

for bed.

Squirt, we have to save water. Letting the sink run while you brush is a HUGE

waste.

Today at the reservoir we saw a sign that said we need to conserve water. I looked it

up and showers use a LOT of water. A 20 minute shower uses WAY too much!
