The tests you requested for the detection of WSSV, IHHNV, MBV, HPV, BP, NHP, IMNV,YHV & TSV by PCR have been completed. The 129 pleopods samples from Litopenaeus vannameifor DNA extraction, 123 pleopods for RNA extraction and 300 post-larvae for enteric pathogensarrived on February 11th, 2008 in good condition. The pleopods and post-larvae were pooled ingroups of 5 samples (9 to 50 mg). The samples were collected for DNA and RNAextractions.WSSV, TSV, YHV, IMNV, MBV, BP, HPV, NHP and IHHNV were Not Detected inany of the samples tested. A summary of the tests and results is provided on the following page.

The tests you requested for the detection of WSSV, IHHNV, MBV, HPV, BP, NHP, IMNV,YHV & TSV byPCRhave been completed. The 60 postlarvae and 120 pleopods from Litopenaeusvannamei from the PT BU BMC and PT BU NBC facilities arrived on March 25'h.2011 in goodcondition. All of the samples were pooled in groups of 5 samples (26 to 41 mg) per your instructions.The samples were collected for DNA and RNA extractions. WSSV, TSV, YHV,IN{NV, MBV, BP.HPV, NHP and IHHNV were Not Detected in any ofthe samples tested. A summary of the tests andresults is provided on the following page.
