Worked with contacts of AEGEE-Europe in Tyumen, Yekaterinburg and Yaroslavl on fulfilling Criteria to became a Contact-Antennae and sign CdA at Agora-Oviedo;

Had a Skype-meeting with SubCommie to discuss our plan for the upcoming term;

Started to work on common Database for my Area; Keeping FB-group updated; Informed locals of my area about news, deadlines, projects etc.; Together with SubCommie choose dates and place for the Spring NWM

(AEGEE-Yerevan, 30, April – 03 May); Attended some sessions of Netcom Meeting in Brussels via Skype; Skype meeting with Netcom team; KT from previous Speaker-team; Had first Skype-meeting with newly elected Speaker-team.

Deborah Pistori

Grant Research for AEGEE-Bologna and AEGEE-Verona, due to their issues in

finding funds to finance their activities.

Drafting of financial guidelines, for Rainbow Locals, to fill at best Audit

Commission’s Annual Financial Report. It will be ready by the end of December.

Peppe Colicchia

First release of a regional newsletter focused on local events, with the double aim

to promote collaboration among locals and to raise awareness about what AEGEE

could offer to its members.

Gathering information from AEGEE-Treviso and AEGEE-Venezia regarding

structures and actual resources looking for a possible fusion between the two

Antennae, considering which practical implications this could have.

Monthly activities

Defined the role and dutties of the subcommies with my team.

Had Skype meetings for getting to know the situation of each antennae withmost of my locals.

Helped some of my locals to develop the content of their LTCs (AEGEE-ACoruña, AEGEE-Madrid, AEGEE-Tenerife, AEGEE-León…)

Helped some of my locals with the organization and launching of someprevents for EPM Burgos (AEGEE-Barcelona, AEGEE-Madrid, AEGEE-León, AEGEE-Tenerife).

Spread the Membership Growth Project Open Call among my locals, awakingthe interest of some of them.

Started creating a nice document about Antennae criteria as a toolkit for mylocals.

Started thinking about redefining the Monthly Report form that has been usedby Tripulacion teams for some years.





Started developing a document for locals in order to make sure they know howto fill properly the Monthly Report form.

Developed a strategy for fulfillment and arising the interest about the ActionAgenda among my locals, in cooperation with Ruben Navarro from ACT.

Launched the Open Call for Spring NWM organisers.

Sent the Monthly Report to locals

“Attended” the NetCom Meeting in Brussels by Skype

Followed how the organization of the next two Statutory events is going: EPMBurgos and AgorAsturias.
