About Me

• Since last 8 years I am in recruitment industry and a hard core 720* recruitment guy. Successfully placed more than 450+ resources in organization like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Practo, Grofers, Oyo, Ziffi, Expedia, Amex, Olx, Quikr, BSB, Hike, HCL & IBM.

• In these 8 years, I have done lots of research in resource valuation and human expectation. What exactly a person searches when he is looking for a new job opportunity is the biggest question. In these years I have also developed a system to identify the necessity of the resource and the environmental expectation of the resource. Discussion makes you sharper and decision makes you smarter is the key funda for recruitment Industry.
