Strong Public/Private Partnerships Will Accelerate Recovery

There are two phases: controlling the spread of the virus and flattening the curve and rebuilding the economy.

This is the biggest upheaval we have seen in the economy in our lifetimes, and we are seeing partners working together even more closely to get information out, and later planning to do their parts in ensuring the local economy and community completely recover.

Now, more than ever, our partnerships make us strong.

Today’s news: A record 6.6 million Americans have filed for Unemployment. That puts us about 7.5% right now in real numbers, but remember for tomorrow’s employment situation report, that it will seem lower because the survey was done on the 12th of March.
