trails, these are sometimes narrow and aerial. Some parts of the course take place exclusively in the snow and frequent altitude changes between 2000m and 2500m require acclimatisation.
The weather can change rapidly in the mountains (wind, precipitation, heat/cold) and be mindfull that running at night can sometimes increase the feeling of difficulty.
To participate in this race it is recommended you have a good experience of mountain running, are at ease in all terrains and can be autonomous for many hours. The race takes place over a maximum of 24 hours, regardless of the course.
