The key to web-based assigning is for all members to identify when they are NOT available and BLOCK OUT those days/times the CANNOT work. We start with the month of November having no Blocks, or game assignments. Under Actions we have 4 choices: * View Schedule - you can view each day and identify what is happening on that day. * Block All Day - Blocks the entire day (vacation for example). * Block Part Day - you can block any part of a day using a time range in 30-minute increments. * Clear Blocks - this clears any Blocks you have have assigned (if things change and you are suddenly available on a day you had already Blocked).
