Q3. Do you have symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, chills, cough, sore
throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of sense of smell or taste.

Archie & Senior Citizen’s Club Physical Activities
Indoor Activities
Indoor activities are expected to start with limits of 10 participants per session.
Individuals can only BOOK ONE SESSION PER WEEK. This will reduce the likelihood that some
people will miss out, while others attend multiple sessions.
Individuals can BOOK THE SAME SESSION FOR FOUR WEEKS as this will enable them to have
some consistency. Where individuals want a second session/week, they can call Reception after midday
on the day before the session they wish to attend, and if there is a vacancy, they can book the second
session in the week.
Initially all sessions will be 45 minutes to allow 30 minutes for cleaning and disinfecting the room
and equipment between sessions. The length of time for classes versus cleaning will be monitored and
tweaked as required. Archie sessions: $6; multipasse for 10 sessions: $60. Card payment preferred.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own dumbells and therabands if they have them, as well as a
water bottle. Soap, water and paper towel as well as hand sanitiser will be available to enable good hand
hygiene to be maintained. Please stay home if unwell. Seniors Club activities will re-commence in August.
Queries: Clare Vaughan: email: [email protected] or call 5559 4920
Outdoor Activities
Heart Foundation Walking & Social Cycling will re-start when group size restrictions are above 10
people in a public space. We are planning to restart groups in the week starting Monday 20 July. Book-
ings not required. Queries: Clare Vaughan: email: [email protected] or call 5554920

Volunteer Assistance Required
Volunteer assistance is required to assist Clare Vaughan and the Team at Archie to welcome people
back to the centre. Initially the front and rear entrances to the building will remain closed and Clare will
monitor one entrance. She requires assistance from volunteers willing to open the other entrance for peo-
ple who have booked into activities. Infection control training is available to all volunteers - contact Clare
to do this training. Volunteers will be required to guide people to do their health self -assessment
check and if all responses are ‘yes’, then direct the person to register their attendance at Reception
where they will check-in, pay if required and find out how to safely move about the building. Volunteers
who are able to assist, please contact Clare on 5559 4920 or email: [email protected]
