Thefollowingcriteriaapply:

All storefront construction shall beself supporting from the floor andindependentofthebuildingfasciaandbulkhead structure. Storefronts maybe braced to the overhead structure within the Tenant Space. Aminimumof60%ofthestorefrontistobedisplaywindows.

Three dimensional articulations inboth storefront plan and height arerequiredforallstorefrontsinthenewTenantareas.

Tenantswillprovideaflushtransitionbetween their flooring and the Mallflooring.

MallflooringistobeinstalleduptotheTenant storefront and to the closurelineofthestoreentry.

Storefrontsvisiblefromtheupperlevelmusttakespecialcarethatthetopsofstorefronts are finished tomatch thestorefrontdesign.Thereare tobenoexposed conduits, raceways, access panels or equipment visible from

upper level. In addition, all surfacesofanyvisibleprojectionsmustalsobefinishedtomatch.

The underside of the entry portalsoffit shall be finished to match thestorefront.Gypsumboardwillnotbepermitted.

Stores less than eight hundred (800)square feet shall be required tohavedurable floors and gypsum boardceilingsthroughoutthesalesarea.

Pedestal type security system not allowed.Tenantcanspecify

concealed system. Tenant to submitspecificationstoLandlordforapproval.

Entry doors are required and are tobe aminimum of 9’-0” in height. Allotherdoorsaretobehingedorpivot-typedoors.Doorsaresuggestedtobethe height of the glazed storefront,where possible. Maximum openingwidthallowedforstorefrontentranceis8’-0”.

Tenantisrequiredtodesign/constructstorefrontheightto12’-5”AFF.

Mezzanines are not permitted in anyareaofthisproject.

Materials used in the constructionof storefronts shall be high quality,durable, authentically portrayed andcodecompliant.Theentirestorefrontarea is subject to the Landlord’sscrutinyforqualityoffinishes,detailingandconstructionmethods.

Thesuccessofthestorefrontdesignislargely dependent on how creativelymaterials anddesigndetails areusedtodevelopauniquebutwellexecutedimageforeachTenant.Thefollowingareminimumstandardsfortheuseandinstallationofmaterials forstorefrontconstruction. Proposedmaterials andcolorsaretobesubmittedonacolormaterialsampleboardtotheLandlordfor review during the preliminarydesignreviewprocess.(RefertoPLANSUBMITTAL & REVIEW PROCEDURESformoredetailedrequirements).

•AllstorefrontdesignsandplansaresubjecttoLandlordapproval.Theover-allimageshouldbewellcoordinated,fullyintegratingcomponentssuchasentries,displaysandsignage.

•Storefrontsmustbeofthehighestcaliber:expressingstateoftheartandmaterialqualityandmeetingorexceed-ingtheverybestexamples.Toachievethisgoal,Tenantsshallberequiredtoselect an Architect who has experience inretailTenantdesign.

•Projectionsorawnings,whererequired,mustbethree-dimensional,emphasizingcreative,dynamicformsanddesigns.

WINDOWSANDGLAZING

Storefront design cannot consist of glazing only.Tenant must introduce other design elements/materialsasperLandlord’srequirements.

Window configuration and glazing comprise thelargest compositional elements of storefronts. Theyestablish a great deal of the design character anddefinetherelationshipbetweeninteriorandexterior.TheglazingsystemsestablishtheframeworkforthedisplayoftheTenant’simageandmerchandise.Size,proportionandpatternshouldbecarefullyconsidered.

The transparent surfaces of the storefront servean important design role to the storefront and theinterior by creating an architectural display area.Theuseofglazingshouldbecreativelyexploredandcarefullydetailed.Thefollowingcriteriaapplies:

1. All glazing design for storefront is not allowed.Min 15-30% of storefrontmust be hard surfacematerial. Refer to approvedmaterial list of thismanualformoreinformation.

2. Exterior glass units shall be a minimum of 1”insulated,lowEunits.

3. Large panes of glazing must be of sufficientthickness to meet code and be properly supported.

4. Allglassshallbetempered.

5. Stained, leaded, etched, beveled, fritted, glassblock and other types of innovative glazing areencouraged.

6. In framelessassemblies,glasspanel jointdetailsmust be top quality and are subject to strictLandlordreview.Glazingedgesmustbepolished,groundorchamfered.Glazingchannelsatcornerconditionsmustbemitered.

7. Tenantsmayberequiredtoprovideseismicclipstostabilizetallexpansesofglass.Siliconesealantatglazingjointsisnotpermitted.

8. Reflective glass (including the extensive use ofmirror) and/or tinted glass is not permitted onstorefrontsorinthestorefrontentryzone.

9. Tenantsarenotrestrictedtoasymmetricaldesign,particular proportions, sizes or types of glazingsystems.

10. Tenants are encouraged to “open-up” theirstorefrontbyextendingtheirglazingtotheextentsoftheirleaseline.

11. Butt-jointglazingisencouragedforshowwindowsthat infill larger storefront forms. Glass shall beclearpolishedplateortemperedglassasrequiredby code.

12. Windowmullionsarerequiredtomeetallmaterialandfinishstandards.

13. Glazing should be predominantly clear toemphasizemerchandisedisplay.

14. Decorative glazing such as colored, beveled,sandblastedoretchedglassmaybeusedtocreateaccentpatternandinterest.

15. Glazing shall be a minimum of ½” thick, cleartempered glasswhere used in conjunctionwithmullionsorframedsystems.

16.Large panes of glass should be engineered bycoderequirements.

17.Sectionsofglassaretobeinstalledsothatcornersand abutting sections have no sash materialprovidingseparationorsupport.

18.Weathertightconditionsmustbemaintainedforexteriorglazing.

19.Noreflectiveortintedglasswillbeallowed.

20. 6”durablebasealongentirestorefront length isrequired.

AwningSignageSignagemaybeincorporatedintotheawningdesignwhichmaybepainted,silk-screenedorintegratedwithintheawningitself.Thesignageshouldbeproportionaltotheawningsizesothatitdoesnotclashoroverpowerthestructure.WordingshallincludeTenant’snameand/orlogoonly.Taglineswillnotbepermitted.

AwningLogosLogosarehighlyencouragedonawnings.SymbolsappliedtoawningsprovideahighlyeffectivemethodofTenant identitywhileaddingcolorand interest to thestorefrontdesign.Logosshouldbesilk-screenedorpaintedwhenonafabricawning.Three-dimen-sional‘medalliontype’logosshouldbeintegratedwhentheawningisdesignedoutofglassand/ormetal.Sizeoflogoshouldbeproportionaltotheoverallsizeoftheawning,subjecttoLandlordapproval.Logoshallbesubmittedalongwithawningandsignageshopdrawings.

• Thelowestpointofanyawningorshadeelementshallbe8’-0”abovethefinishedfloor.Itisthedesigner’sresponsibilitytoensurethatawningsconformtoallappli-cable codes.

• Awningframeworkshouldbepaintedtomatchtheawningfabric.

• Materialssuchasplasticorvinylwillnotbepermitted.Innocaseshallawningsbeenclosedontheundersideandinternallyilluminated,allowingtheawningtofunc-tionasacannedlightsource.

• AwningsmustbecleanedandmaintainedingoodconditionbyTenantatTenant’sexpense.

OVERHANGS

Overhangsarepermittedinstorefrontsprovidedthattheyareanintegralpartofthestorefrontdesign.Theundersideofoverhangsmustbearticulatedwitharchitecturalelementssuchasbrackets,coffersorexposedbeam-ends.

UMBRELLAS

Umbrellas are only allowed in the Tenant’s exterior Leased Premises andcannotoverhang into thepublic right-of-way.Umbrellas shouldbe small inscale(maximum6’-0”indiameter)andnomorethan9’-0”highatthepeak.Wood or wrought iron are the only acceptablematerials for the umbrellastructure.No insignia, graphicsor text ispermittedon theumbrella fabric.TheumbrellafabricmustbeflameretardantmaterialinacolorapprovedbyLandlord’sTenantCoordinator.

GENERALMATERIALREQUIREMENTS

• Theuseofnaturalmaterialsisencouraged.Allmaterialsusedinstorefrontsmustbedurableandnon-corrosive.

• Carefulattentiontothedetailingorjoineryofdifferingmaterials is necessary.A carefullydefinededgemustbe established between different materials and sur-facesonthestorefrontaswellasbetweentheTenantandLandlordfinishes.

• All finished storematerialswithin 6’-0” of the store-front point of closure shall be durable such as glass,tile,metal,stone,terrazzo,plaster,hardwoodorsimilarmaterialsapprovedbytheLandlord.Reflectivewallpa-per,vinylwallcoverings,plasticlaminates,mirror,slat-wallortambourwillnotbepermitted.

• Any wood material used for storefront constructionmustcomplywithallcoderequirements.

MetalsAll storefront metal panels must meet LL requirementsbelow(thisnotemustappearonfinaldrawingset):

• All seams between metal panels must be identifiedon the storefront elevation and must be properlyaddressedduringdesignreviewprocess.Metalpanelswill not be allowed to directly come into contact with adjacentpanel.Reveals,turn-inseams,weldingorsim-ilarmustbespecifiedanddetailedoutontheplansforapproval.

• Novisiblefasteners

• Min½” thickfire-ratedplywoodsubstrate is requiredand must be called out on the plans.

• Minimum 18 gaugemetal panels are required. Thismustbecalledoutontheirplansforapproval.

• High quality is expected for all metal applications.Metalsuchasshop-paintedaluminumandsteel,stain-lesssteel,solidbrass,bronze,pewterorenamelcoatedsteelmaybeusedforhardware,trimandpanelswhenwelldesignedanddetailed.

• Lap joints and seamsmust be even and straight andconcealed when possible. Outside corners are to bemiteredorcontinuousbreakshaped.

• Fabrication must be either heavy gauge material orthinnergaugematerialshoplaminatedtosolidbacking.Innocaseisoilcanning(resultingfromlightreflectionfromanunevenorbuckledsurface),scratches,warps,dents,occlusions,visibleseamsorotherimperfectionsallowed.

• Sealantsonnaturalmetalsarerequiredtopreventtar-nishingandmustbemaintainedbyTenantatTenant’sexpense.

• Texturedorbrushed stainless steel, galvanized, sand-blastedandetchedmetalsareencouragedincreativeapplications.

• Uniquetreatmentssuchaspatina,rusted,etchedandimprintedmetalswillbeconsideredforspecialdesignobjectives.

• Polished metals should be solid, not plated and limited to accent trim.

• Simulatedfinishessuchasmetalliclaminatesandanod-izedaluminumarenotpermitted.

StoneGranite,marble,limestone,slate,adoquinandothernatu-ralstonematerialsmaybeusedinstorefrontapplications.Stonemaybepolished,unpolished, sandblasted,flamed,honed,split-faceorcarved.Carefulcraftsman-likeatten-tiontodetailisrequiredatallconnectionsandtransitionsto other materials.

• Edge details must prevent visible unfinished edges.Exposed edgesmust be quirkmitered, chamfered orpolishedtomatchadjacentsurfacefinish.

• Thetransitionbetweenstoneandadjoiningmaterialsmustbedefinedbyuseofmetalreveals.

• Stoneused as a pavingmaterialmust be flushwhenmeetingotherflooringmaterials.

• Natural stonemustbeprotectedagainststaininganddiscoloration bymeans of sealers appropriate to thematerial.

WoodPainted or stained wood may be used in many designapplications,suchaswindowframes,decorativetrimormoldingandforsolidareas,suchasdecorativebulkheads.In some cases, it may be used for larger architecturalelements, such as columns and entablatures. Wood panelingandplankconstructionarenotacceptableunlesspresentedinahighlyimaginativeconceptandapprovedbytheLandlord.

• Alldetailingandconstruction is tobeexecuted inahighquality,craftsman-likemanner.

• Woodusedintheconstructionofthestorefrontmustbekilndried,millqualityhardwoodand mustmeetlocalflamespreadrequirements(ClassIII76-200).

• Paintedwoodmusthaveashopqualityenamelfinish.

• Wood without a paint finish must receive a clear,preservativesealant.

• Extensiveuseofnaturalwoodfinishesisdiscouraged.AllstainsandfinishesmustbeapprovedbyLandlord’sTenantCoordinator.

TileTile may be used in diverse applications. Its use isencouraged to introduce light, decorative texture orgraphicqualitytoastorefront.

• Porcelain, ceramic or glass tiles in glazed or naturalfinishesmaybeusedasaccentsand in limitedfieldapplications. Patterns used over large areas areexpected to have a sophisticated, well executeddesignconcept.

• Smallandintricatemosaictilepatternsmaybeutilizedfordetailandaccentonly.

• Alltilemustbecarefullydetailedatoutsidecornerswithbullnoseedgesorspecialcornertrims.Lappedorbuttjointsarenotpermitted.

• Groutcolorshouldmatchthebackgroundcolorofthetilesoasnottoemphasizeagridpattern.

Pre-castStoneandConcreteMany pre-cast stone and concrete products arecurrentlyavailablethatmaybeacceptableforstorefrontapplications.TheuseofthesematerialsisatthediscretionoftheLandlord.

Plaster

Plaster, cement plaster (stucco) and Venetian plasterfinishes may be considered for limited storefrontapplications, provided the finish texture is a light dash,sandor smoothfinish. Plasteror stuccofinishes shouldbeusedincombinationwithotherhighqualitymaterialssuchasstoneormetalandnotbetheprimarystorefrontmaterial.

Faux FinishesFauxfinishesmaybeusedattheLandlord’sdiscretion.

• Actualsamplesofthefauxfinishmustbesubmittedto the Landlord. Photographs of previous examplesarehelpfulbutmaynotbesubstitutedforanactualsample.

• Faux finishes must be executed by a commercialartisanspecializinginthatmedium.

PaintedSurfacesAnypaintappliedtothematerialsinthestorefrontistobespecifiedandisundertheapprovaloftheLandlord’sDesignConsultant.Allpaintshouldbeofhighqualityforan even and durable finish. The following criteriamustalsobeobserved:

• Paintedwoodsurfacesmustbeproperlypreparedandsealedpriortotheapplicationofahighgradeenamel.

• Paintedmetal shall have a factory applied finish ofbaked enamel or powder coat treatment.

• Paintedgypsumwallboardwillbeallowedonlywithinthe interior of the storefront, not on the exteriorstorefront.

Tenantsareencouragedtoproducehighquality,welldetailedandexecutedinteriorsolutionsthatareunique,imaginativeandstylized.

Thestore interior is typicallyviewedasa continuationof the storefront indesignandmaterials.Wallsaretohavemodulationofdisplaysystemsandbuiltinarchitecturalcomponentsthatreinforcethestoredesigntheme.

Tenants with above normal sound levels must provide sound isolation indemising walls, floor, ceiling including pipes, conduits and wires must bedesignedsothatinnoeventshalltenantnoiseemitsoundsand/orvibrationswhich would cause the ambient noise level anywhere in the adjoiningpremises to be increased bymore than 3 dBa during the adjoining spaceoperatinghoursor(ii)whichwouldcausethevibrationlevelintheadjoiningspacetobemorethan70vdBduringtheadjacentpremisesstoreoperatinghours,or(iii)whichcanbeunreasonablyexperiencedintheCommonArea.

TheLandlordwillstrictlyenforceallTenant’srighttoquietenjoymentoftheirLeasedPremises.

DesignControlArea(DCA)TheDCAistheareaatthefrontoftheTenantspacethatextendsfromthepointofclosuretoallpoints6’-0”intothespace.TheDCAincludesalldisplaywindowsandretailgraphics,displayfixtures,signs,materials,finishes,colorandlightingfixtureswithinthearea.

TheDCAcanbeconsideredanextensionofthestorefrontpresentationandshouldconveyastore’smerchandiseidentityandgenerateactivity.Itshouldconvey excitement and give the consumer a reason to stop at the store.

ProportionandscaleofobjectswithintheDCAisaspecificconcerninsuccessfuldesign.Aswiththeactualstorefrontdesign,theobjectswithinitmustbeinproportiontothespace around them. TenantsshallusethefollowingdesigncriteriafordisplayswithintheDCA:

• Design drawings shall have a display layout plan. The layout plan shall have cutsheetsforfixtureand/ormannequintypesandincludephotographsofanyexistingstorefronts a Tenantmay have thatwill enhance the layout plan. A rendering isrequiredifphotographsarenotavailable.

• Displaysshallbedeliberateanddesignatedasintegratedelementsofthestorefront.

• Securitydevicesmustbeconcealed;freestandingpedestalsarenotpermitted.

• LargetemporarysignsforspecialsalesorclearancesshallnotbehungintheDCAincludinganysignstapedorsuctioncuppedtostorefrontglazing.

• Nopegboard,slatwallormetalshelvingofanykindmaybeplacedinorextendintoanypartoftheDCA.

CeilingsTenants can choose to have an open ceilingwhichmayincorporateanopengridorbepainted.Tenant installedceilingsshallconformtothefollowingcriteria:

• Hardsurfaceceilingrequiredthroughtheentirestore-frontDCA.Thisdistanceshallbeaminimumwidthof6’-0”infromtheinnermostpointofclosureline.

• Custom ceiling treatments are required. Multi-levelgypsumwallboard, concealed spline, decorative pat-ternedceilingpanelsandother“high-tech”materialsareencouraged.Theuseofceilingsonasingleplaneisnotpermitted.Theuseofbeams,stepsand‘islands’arerequiredalongwiththeimaginativeuseoflightingfixturesandfittings.

• Firesprinklerheadsaretobefullyrecessedinhardoracousticalceilings.

• Standard24”x48”acousticalpanelsarenotallowedin the sales area.

• Ceiling concepts implementing exposed structure,electrical and mechanical systems must be coordi-nated with the Landlord for specific technical anddesignrequirements.

• All suspended ceilings shall stop within 2’-0” of thedemisingwallswithintheTenantsalesarea.Suspendedceilingsshallbeterminatedwithasoffit,covelighting

detailorothermeansofafinishededgealongparti-tionwalls. Exposededges shall beproperly finished.Wall-to-wallsuspendedceilingsarenotallowed.

• Allceilings,relatedframing,blockingandaccessoriesshall be non-combustible. No combustible materialsmaybeusedabovefinishedceilingsurfaces.

LightingLightingcangreatlycontributetothedesignofaTenant’sstore, emphasizing architectural forms, highlighting sig-nageandaddingcolorandvisualdramatowallsandotherdesignelements.Thecreativeuseofdramaticlightingisencouraged at entries, showwindows andmerchandisedisplays.

• TheDCAoftheTenantspacemustemploylightingfix-tures consistentwith the characterof the storefrontdesign. All lighting fixtureswithin theDCAmust berecesseddownlights,MR16lowvoltage,LEDorsimilartypes.Fluorescentfixtureswillnotbepermitted.

• Track lights shall be finished to match ceiling. Trackheads are to be accommodated with shields or lou-vers.TracklightsarenotallowedinDCA.

• Fixturesmustbepositionedsothatbrightglareisnotdirected onto the public areas.

• All fluorescent, incandescent, LED and HID lightingfixtures in public Tenant areas, other than track and

decorativefixtures,shallberecessedwithnodirectlyvisible lamp sources.

• Bare lamp fluorescent or incandescent fixtures maybe used only in concealed areas and/or stockrooms. Fluorescentfixturesshallhaveamaximumsizeof2’x2’andhavesilverparaboliclouversormetallicfinishedeggcratediffusers.All lightingfixturesshallbeartheULlabel.

• Concealed light coves to highlight architectural ele-mentswithinthestorefrontarehighlyencouraged.

• Wallsconcesmaybeusedtocastlightontostorefrontforms,providedthatbarebulbsarenotexposedandthat thefinishand formof thesefixturescoordinatewiththeoverallstorefrontdesign.Fixturecutsheetswill be required to be submitted if this light form isused.

• Exteriormounteddecorativelightfixturesareencour-agedwhereappropriateforthestorefrontdesigncon-cept.Fixturecutsheetsmustbesubmittedforreview.

• All lightingmustbereviewedandapprovedbyLand-lord.Tenantisresponsibleformaintenanceofalllight-ingwithintheentireLeasedPremises.

• Tenantshallcomplywithallapplicableenergyconser-vationandbuildingcodes.

• Nostrobe,spinnerorchasetypelightingshallbeused.

Walls/Partitions

Demising walls may be provided between two Tenantsand/orTenantandexit/servicecorridors.Wallswilltypi-callyconsistof3⅝”metalstuds(providedbyLandlord),and⅝”,typeXfirerateddrywall,tapedfromfloortobottomof roofdeckordeckabove (oras requiredbygoverningcode)oneachside (providedbyTenants). AtLandlord’soption,demisingpartitionsshallbeofunfinishedmasonry,concreteormetalstuds.Demisingwallsarenotdesignedtoaccommodatecantileveredoreccentricloads.IfTenantplanstouseademisingwallforsupportofshelfstandards,light soffitsorheavyattachments, Tenant shall reinforcethewallasrequiredbyprovidingadditionalsteelstudsorindependentsupportsfortheshelfstandards.

Existing corridor separation walls adjacent to Tenant’sspacehavefinishesbytheLandlordonthecorridorsideonly.Tenantshallfinishasrequiredforone-hourortwo-hourfireratedwallasrequiredbycode.

• DemisingwallsandceilingshallbesoundinsulatedtoachieveaminimumSTCratingof50byTenantswhoproduce above 80 dB (including but not limited to

music stores, arcades, etc.) The Landlordwill strictlyenforceallTenant’srighttoquietenjoymentoftheirLeasedPremises.

• Tenantshallprotectfireproofedcolumnsandbraceswithgypsumboard,andfurrasrequired.

• The followingare required forhair salons,petshopsandallfoodpreparationtypeTenants:

a. Wallscontaining“wet”areastobeconstructed ofmetalstudswithwaterresistant⅝”type“x” gypsumboard.

b. b.Demisingwallsofpetshopsshallhavesheet metal installed on studs, behind drywall, up3’-0”fromfloor.

• Tenant Premises adjacent to a two-hour wall condi-tionwillberequiredtoapplytwo(2)layersof⅝”type“x” gypsum board or other material to adequatelycompletethewallconstructiontoprovideatwo-hourrating.

• Stockroom Partitions.When Tenant chooses not toinstallaceilingwithinTenant’sstockroom,Tenantshallextend the partition separating the stockroom fromotherareasofthestore,totheundersideofthestruc-tureaboveinordertoisolatethestockroomfromthe

salesareaatticspace.Tenanttoverifyifthisisallowedby code.

• Wall Finishes. All interiorwall surfacesmust be fin-ished in an appropriate manner and be in compliance withallapplicablecodes.AllTenantspaceinteriorwallfinishesaretomeetaClassIIIflamespreadratingorasrequiredbylocalcode.

• Metal or plastic laminate inserts are required forslatwall. No visible substrate at slats. Slatwall is notallowedwithinthefirst8’-0”ofstoreentrydoors.

• Recessedwallstandardsarepermitted.Noopenshelv-ingwithvisiblebracketsorsurfacemountedsystemsare allowed.

FloorandWallBaseTenantsshallinstallafloorcoveringinTenant’ssalesareawhichconformtothefollowingcriteria:

• Hard surface floor and base required through theentire DCA, including any permitted pop out areas.Carpet,vinylorrubbermaterialsofanysortwillnotbepermittedwithintheDCA.

• Exposedconcretefloorsshallbesealed.

• Woodinstallationsshallbehardwoodwithwearresis-tantsurface.

• Ceramic, quarry and stone tile installationsmust becommercialgradewithnon-slipsurface.

• Carpet must be commercial grade and must haveproperfireratingstomeetlocalcodes.Carpetingwillnotbepermittedwherecolor,qualityorweaveisnotsuitableforhightrafficareas.Note:Carpetmaynotbeused at the store entry within the DCA.

• Sheetormodularvinylmaybeusedinsupportorstockroomsnotvisiblefromthesalesarea.

• Tenantshallprovideatransitionstripbetweenoppos-ingfloorfinishes. This includes,but isnot limited tocarpetandwoodorcarpetandtile.

• Tenantshallprovidewoodbaseinsalesarea.

• Anyfloormaterialsotherthanthosementionedabovewill not be allowed. Samples of all finishesmust besubmitted forapprovaland included inTenant’spre-liminary submissions.

ToiletRoomRequirements• Toiletfacilitiesshallbedesignedincompliancewithall

applicableADA&BuildingDepartmentCodes.

• Providea3”floordrainandcleanout.

• Eachrestroommusthaveanexhaustsystem.

• Floorfinishesintoiletroomsshallbeceramictilewithacoved6”base.Tenantisrequiredtoprovideawater-proofmembranebeneaththefinishfloorsurfaceuptoaheightof4’-0”alongallwalls.

• Toilet roomwalls and ceiling shall be constructedofmetalstudswithwater-resistant⅝”type“x”gypsumboardappliedtothe interiorsideofthetoiletroom.Ataminimum,interiorwallfinishesshallbealightcol-oredenamelpaintwitha4’-0”highwainscotextend-ing 24” on each side of, and 24” beyond the frontportionofanywaterclosetorurinal.

• Theceilingshallbeaminimumof8’-0”abovethefin-ishedfloorlevel,beconstructedof⅝”type“x”waterresistantgypsumandbefinishedwithenamelpaint.The ceiling shall contain a vent,which shall be con-

nectedtotheLandlord’sexhaustsystemoraspursu-anttotheCenterrequirements.

• Watershut-offvalveateyelevel.

ExitingAll retailTenant spacesmustprovide twoexits fromthepremises if required by code and/or Landlord’s TenantCoordinator.All exitsmust be engineered in compliancewithallapplicableADA&BuildingDepartmentCodes.Exitdoorsmustberecessedsotheydonotswingoutpastthelease line.
