Flats can be broadly classified in three periods:
- 1880s-1920s (1/2 floors)- 1930s-1970s (3/4 floors)- 1980s-2010s (4/7 floors)

Rooms:- 5 or 6 large communicating rooms - Ceiling height: 5 mt- The bathroom is obtained from the kitchen
