Part philosophy, part science, ATMP –Advanced Thermal and Moisture Protection –guides CENTRIA product design and manufacturing. ATMP’s goal is to maximize awall or roof system’s ability to effectivelycontrol moisture, without sacrificing thermalefficiency. This is accomplished throughdesign and engineering that leverage real-world forces of nature. Formawall embodies the principles of ATMP.
B E Y O N D G R E E N
CENTRIA Formawall is the first building envelope product to receive Cradle to CradleCertification by McDonough BraungartDesign Chemistry for its human andenvironmental health benefits.CENTRIA Versawall has alsoachieved this distinction.
CENTRIA Formawall is the most advanced insulated metal composite wall systemavailable today, providing outstanding thermal and moisture control characteristics;integrated window, louver and sunshade offerings; and unprecedented design freedom from two design series – Dimension Series® and new Graphix Series™. AllFormawall panels may be installed vertically or horizontally, and are often curved ina design. Formawall is simply the most complete wall system available today.
F O R M A W A L L® W A L L S Y S T E M
Non-absorbing closed-cell foamcore insulation that can not bedamaged by moisture
Simple, one-piece design reduces the risk of improper installation, so prevalent with multiple component wall systems
Patented, vented, rainscreen and pressure-equalized joinery makes water penetration at horizontaljoints virtually impossible
Shop-applied, non-curing sealantat the back of the horizontal jointcreates a protected, continuous, uninterrupted air and vapor barrierwhen connected to the verticalprimary seals
Thermal breaks preventheat conduction
Insulation is located outboard of supports (not between supports), maximizing its efficiency
Durable neoprene gasketdeflects water from reachingthe primary seals in verticaljoints
Double rows of protected,non-curing sealant are applied as the primary seal for moisture penetrationand air infiltration at vertical joints
CENTRIA is the world’s leading innovatorand manufacturer of high-performancebuilding enclosure systems, including insulated and non-insulated metal composite wall and roof systems and field-assembled metal wall and roof systems. The hallmark of CENTRIAsystems is advanced thermal and moisture protection combined withunprecedented design freedom. CENTRIA’sdesign, engineering and sales supportteams, backed by more than a century ofexperience, are ready to assist with yourproject.

Unlike ordinary ACM – made by lamination, then fabricated into panels by a second party – FormaBond ismanufactured entirely by CENTRIA using a proprietaryreaction injection molding process. The result is astronger, flatter, finished ACM panel, with formed,pressure-equalized open, dry joinery.
The panels’ patented joinery* is engineered to prohibitthe entry of water without using sealants. Yet, becauseof its open design, this joinery also provides optimumventing to allow wall cavities to dry any residual vaporor moisture.
CENTRIA also provides window, louver and sunshadecomponents that are engineered to integrate withFormaBond panels.
