THESE DRAWINGS WERE COMPILED BY THE ARCHITECT FROM THE
OWNER'S RECORD DRAWINGS AND FROM ON-SITE OBSERVATIONS TO
INDICATE THE BUILDING ARRANGEMENT.
ALL CONTRACTORS SUBMITTING PROPOSALS FOR THIS WORK SHALL

1. ALL EXISTING AREAS NOT TO BE DISTURBED AND SHALL BE PROTECTED AND
REMAIN IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION. ALL AREAS DISTURBED BY THE
CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE RESTORED TO ORIGINAL CONDITION.
2. CONTRACTOR SHALL IDENTIFY ANY QUESTIONABLE ITEMS NOT
COVERED IN THIS SCOPE OF WORK PRIOR TO BIDDING.
3. COORDINATE WITH UTILITY COMPANIES AS REQUIRED. IDENTIFY
POINTS FOR DEMOLITION OF UTILITY LINES SERVING THE BUILDING.
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THAT ALL FEEDERS HAVE
BEEN REMOVED BACK TO SOURCE AND ARE DE-ENERGIZED PRIOR TO
BUILDING DEMOLITION.
4. ALL ELECTRICAL WORK SHALL BE PREFORMED BY A LICENSED
ELECTRICIAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE
AND ANY APPLICABLE LOCAL CODES AND ORDINANCES.
