This was the framework that enabled Art and Architecture to prosper.
Egypt had a religious society therefore temples were built. Pharaohs were Gods so pyramids and monuments were built to honour them.

TECHNOLOGY
This was the ability to make use of the available material and work them into artefacts.
The Egyptians did not have the wheel until later. It was difficult to quarry stone and transport it to the building site. They were able to make bricks and had the skilled craftsmen to construct large buildings.
