every 4 years, new facilities are built to serve the olympic. after the events are over, costsly stadiums are largely abandoned. levi park can provide a place to gather people for mongolia's festival and the olympic. partials of levi park can merge together to form a larger park to serve for big events. after the events are over, the park can detach into smaller parks and travel throughout city, providing green parks for different parts of the city.
