Background:

Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited from buyers for empanelment as Business Counterpart for

export of Butadiene on Ex-Works (Panipat –India) Basis from Indianoil’s Panipat Refinery,

Haryana, India

Purpose of EOI

The purpose of this EOI is to empanel parties willing to export butadiene from IndianOil’s Refinery

at Panipat ( Haryana, India) on Ex-works basis. All future tender for Butadiene exports shall be

called amongst the empanelled parties only.

Parties who are willing to export the butadiene without any deviation/enhancements requirement

from IndianOil shall be empanelled.

IndianOil reserves the right to reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason thereof.

Time schedule: The expression of Interest along with relevant supporting documents in pdf format

must be sent by mail to [email protected] by 1st May 2017, 1500Hours.

Eligibility Criteria

Parties who have traded a minimum quantity of 5000 MT of Butadiene in any of the previous 2

calender years i.e 2015 & 2016 would be eligible for empanelment. The buyer shall submit the

following documentary proof for the same.

BL Copies and Sales contract copies to be provided

The information on physical trade/ Procurement of Butadiene should be certified by

international firms engaged in audit of financial statements. The certificate shall specifically

mention the trading/ procurement volume, calendar year wise for 2015 and 2016. This

should exclude the inter company transaction (Within same group companies) and paper

transactions.

Technical Specification and loading facility at Panipat Plant:

iii. Pipava: 1300 KM iv. JNPT : 1500 KM

Note: Please note that the product is intended to be supplied Ex- Works IndianOil’s Refinery at Panipat. All

logistics beyond Panipat (Both Land and Sea ) shall be arranged by the buyer.

General Guidelines for Applicants on Selection Process

I. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) DOCUMENTS The Expression of Interest (EOI) documents can be downloaded between 10th April 1500 Hrs to 1st May 2017 from the website https://www.iocl.com/Talktous/SupplierNotices.aspx

II. SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Completely filled registration form along with supporting documents should be submitted by

mail before 1st May 2017at [email protected]. No empanelment documents shall be

accepted after closing time and date.

III. OPENING OF EOI BID

The Empanelment Bids will be opened on 2nd May 2017, 1500Hours After scrutiny of the Bids, the eligible tenderers will be notified regarding their nomination in the empanelment list.

IndianOil reserves the rights to accept or reject any of all the EOI in part or totality, or to withdraw/cancel/modify this EOI without assigning any reason whatsoever.
