“the mill has a rich history dating from the late nineteenth century and relates to the work and the production of bread flour, a key element on the tables of the Santa Fe. This building symbolizes this: work wheels that rotate perma-nently based on the combination of the field with the city, based on the knowl-edge that the work is the foundation for growth.”

La Redonda is diversity and challenge, the coexistence of living together, equal and different.
