A statement of the case. The statementshall first indicate briefly the nature of thecase, the course of the proceedings, and thedisposition in the court below. There shallfollow a statement of the facts relevant tothe issues presented for review, withappropriate references to the record.(E) An argument. The argument may bepreceded by a summary.
