1. Cook the onions and garlic in oil. Add the mushrooms.2. Add the tomatoes and sweet-corn and stir in the puree. Cook until tender.3. Make a white sauce with the corn-flour and milk.4. Place a layer of lasagne in a greased dish, cover with a layer of vegetable mixture and then a little sauce. Repeat to fillthe dish, ending with a layer of sauce.5. Sprinkle with cheese and cook at 200C, 400F, Gas 6 for 45 minutes.
