Programming System



ARMOR-MECA permanently aims to maintain high

levels of research and development with a view to

achieving optimal performance results. With this in

mind, stringent testing is carried out on all new

cutting tools used during production.

We use ELPS software designed to assess vibration

of the cutting tools and optimise performance

based on the readings it provides.

The data enables us to program machines correctly

prior to the cutting itself therefore ensuring high-

quality results.

Vibratory Measurement



Half of ARMOR-MECA’s turnover comes through work with

precious and resistant metals, an area showing rapid growth.

Our production of extremely complex, detailed and precisely

formed mechanical items generates a constant need to search

for new solutions and ways to improve further.

The items featured below are respectively manufactured using

the following materials: Titanium, Inconel 718, Monel, High-

performance Alloys.
