The project is located in a strategic industrial area, well connected with the main highway which bring traffic from the north to the south part of Italy. The top floor of this office block faceted by concrete panels that resemble Inca stonework. The ground floor has a glazed curtain wall that creates a contrast look to the heavy precast cladding on the upper floor.

The masterplan has been created to be adaptive and to evolve. The first 5 buildings and 5 moons are completely full of any kind of services available to be built in most contemporary cities, with great attention to social life, human connections, common places where to meet, real social life. The tallest building will reach 470 meters while the second and third of the first group on the ground will successively descend in height. The tallest “moon” on the sea will reach 190 meters while the second 115 meters and the third 90 meters.

The OCT Shenzhen Clubhouse is located on an artificial island within the 125-hectare Overseas Chinese Town (OCT) Harbour district in the west of the city, which has been masterplanned by urban designers SWA. The project was designed to house a restaurant, private dining suites, and a multi-purpose area, as well as recreational facilities, a small exhibition gallery, and a fitness center.

The “Edge Gallery” contains a double-height sales gallery and two show units of a 244 units of apartment for United Overseas Land (UOL). It is located at a major intersection along Singapore’s eastern city fringe. Unlike most showrooms, there are no signs
or advertisements on the exterior of the building at all.

‘CUBE TUBE’ consists of an office building and a restaurant building in the new Economic Development Zone (EDZ) in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. As the entrance of the EDZ, there was a strong requirement for the buildings to act as the landmark in this area. ‘CUBE TUBE’ came from this simple idea. One is 32 meters square office Building, named ‘CUBE’. And the other is 55 meters square restaurant building named ‘TUBE’. They are placed in a grid area with hundreds of
trees.

The ‘Kasteel’ consists of a 45m high tower standing on a four to five-storey base. It is surrounded by water and pedestrians and cyclists access the internal courtyard via a bridge. The car parking, storage spaces and some of the ground floor dwellings’ living spaces are positioned underneath the courtyard’s half-open wooden deck.

Located at the centre of Sheridan College’s new campus, the Scholars’ Green is a symbiosis of public park and academic common that provides rich outdoor amenity for students, faculty and the surrounding community. Concern for the environment is at the centre of the park’s design, incorporating sustainable materials and green technologies in many of the features. The landscape is as visually impressive as it is inviting, with outdoor café areas, grass quadrangles and fixed chess tables.
