HOW TO GET FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL Taxi The fare from the airport to the city center is €48,00 (this is a flat rate set by the city of Rome). We recommend getting a taxi from the official taxi rank outside the Arrivals at Terminal 1. Beware of unregistered taxis. Train or bus to Termini station (the hotel is located a few minutes’ walk away from the station)

- Leonardo Express Train This is the fastest option (takes around 30 minutes). The train station is located in front of the arrivals at Terminal 3 (see the map below)

The one-way fare of the Leonardo Express is €14,00 You can buy your ticket from the Self-Service Machines or online at https://www.trenitalia.com/en.html REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST VALIDATE YOUR TICKET BEFORE GETTING ON THE TRAIN!

- Bus

There are several bus companies (Terravision, Tam Bus, etc..) and all start from the bus terminal located to the west of Terminal 3 (highlighted on the far left of the map below) It takes around 50 min. and ticket cost 5-6€ (it de-pends on the company). You can buy the ticket directly at the bus terminal.

HOW TO GET FROM CIAMPINO AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL Taxi The fare from the airport to the city center is €30,00 (flat rate set by the city). Bus The buses are situated in front of the International Departures exit and take you directly to Termini Station. Tickets can be purchased inside the terminal or on board. The cost is around €5.

HOW TO GET FROM TERMINI STATION TO HOTEL QUIRINALE The hotel is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Termini Station. Reach the main entrance of the station and follow the instructions below. Airport buses stops are located on the sides of the station (Via Giolitti or Via Marsala, it depends on the bus company), close to the main entrance. From the main entrance of the station, go straight until you reach Piazza della Repubblica and take Via Nazionale on the left. You will find the Hotel Quirinale on your left. Please note that the subway station of Repubblica is closed due to maintenance work and, thus, cannot be reached by subway.

FROM HOTEL QUIRINALE TO RETTORATO building of Sapienza University (April 11, 2019) On Thursday, April 11th you will be met at 16:30 at Hotel Quirinale (after the registration) by confer-ence organizers (Giuseppina De Nicola and Giovanni Volpe) and students’ volunteers. We will have a short walk to the main campus of Sapienza University. It will take around 30 minutes. For participants with reduced mobility, we will make available a shuttle bus (please let us know in advance by email)
