Questa macchina è stata progettata per arrotolare materassi
in lattice, memory, viscolastica e poliuretano al fine di ridurne
il volume ed ottimizzare magazzino e trasporto. Il materasso
viene inserito manualmente in un sacchetto di polietilene per
poi essere pressato ed arrotolato. Il diametro del materasso
arrotolato è regolabile.
L’OPERATORE PROCEDE NEL SEGUENTE MODO:
inserisce il materasso nel sacchetto di polietilene e lo
pone sulla rulliera folle in entrata accompagnandolo nel
gruppo pressa
il materasso viene pressato secondo il grado di pressatura
desiderato fino massimo 20ton ed il sacchetto di
polietilene viene sigillato sul lato aperto tramite una barra
saldante
il materasso viene convogliato al gruppo di arrotolatura. Al
termine della fase di arrotolatura il materasso viene
sigillato tramite una saldatura con barra saldante del film
plastico e viene espulso dalla macchina.

This machine has been developed to roll/pack matterases in
latex, memory, viscolatex and polyurethane in order to reduce
their volume and make handling and transport easier.
The mattress is manually put in a polyethylene bag to be
pressed and rolled.
It is possible to adjust the diameter of the rolled mattress.
THE OPERATOR HAS TO WORK IN THE FOLLOWING WAY:
put the mattress in the plastic bag and lay it on the
entrance neutral roll conveyor in order to move it to the
press unit
the mattress is pressed to the programmed pressing force
till 20ton and the opened side of the plastic bag is closed
by a welding hot bar
the pressed mattress is moved to the rolling-up unit. At the
end of the rolling phase a welding hot bar seals the
mattress. The rolling unit opens to eject the rolled mattress.
