Notice of Estimated Benefits and Early Commencement Package Request Form Traditional Pension Benefit

The Notice of Estimated Benefits form for a Traditional Pension Benefit provides vested terminated participants with information regarding estimated future monthly pension benefit amounts. If you request this form, you will be provided estimated amounts at age 65 and one other age/date per your request. These requests take approximately 60 days to fulfill.

A Traditional Pension early commencement package provides information regarding estimated benefit amounts as well as all the forms necessary to start receiving monthly pension benefit payments. In order to request this package, you must be within 3 months of commencement eligibility (see below). The commencement date you request must be the first of a month, and at least 90 days, but no more than 180 days, in the future. Packages are mailed approximately 45 days prior to the commencement date.

Traditional Pension Benefit Commencement Eligibility Parameters: Generally, if you had less than 10 years of service when you left the Company, you may elect to commence your vested Traditional Pension Benefit payments as soon as administratively possible after you reach age 65, your normal retirement age under the Plan. If you had at least 10 years of service when you left the Company, you may be eligible to elect to begin receiving your vested Traditional Pension Benefit as early as age 55. If you commence your pension benefit before age 65, the amount you receive will be reduced.
