The policy

We understand your clients are unique and need a discreet and expert service. Our underwriters will work with you to ensure they get the right policy.

n All risks basis of cover, plus additional covers, including business interruption, trustee indemnity and travel cover.

n Cyber cover which comprises home systems damage as standard, with the option to purchase cyber crime and cyber online liability as additional covers.

n Family protection cover including automatic cover for fatality at home, property alteration costs, assault, psychiatric services, medical expenses, sponsorship losses and hole-in-one cover of a donation made to a charity of your client’s choice.

n Extended payment cover for buildings (including Grade I listed buildings), fine art and valuables.

n Cover extensions include loss prevention, security upgrade, and up to 30% of contents sum insured or £250,000 (whichever is the less) for new acquisitions.

n Legal expenses cover including inheritance disputes and education admission appeals.

n Occupier’s and personal liability and property owner’s liability £10 million cover included.

n Flexibility to accommodate art or contents on a standalone basis.

n Cover for working from home office and minor use of the home for business such as gardens open to the public or bed and breakfast.

n Optional covers for travel, employers’ liability and business cover.

n 0% interest free instalments.
