one>Senate approval– If Pres. Dies in office> VP takes over as Pres.– If President is disabled, VP and Cabinet can inform
Congress and VP takes over– Congress must vote to allow Pres. to return

The Electoral College: voters cast their ballots for electors- each state is granted as many electors as it has Congress people(Senators + Representatives = Electoral Votes)- 12th Amendment: separate ballots for VP and Pres- 20th Amendment: inauguration day is Jan 20th
