ARTICULATION AGREEMENT 2008-2013 Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) And THE ART INSTITUTE OF FORT LAUDERDALE (AiFL) This agreement is entered into between THE ART INSTITUTE OF FORT LAUDERDALE and Miami- Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS), providers in the subject area of Academy of Database & Programming Essentials. Having undertaken and completed a comprehensive review and evaluation of each curriculum, instructional method, level of instruction, and available equipment and facilities, THE ART INSTITUTE OF FORT LAUDERDALE has concluded that the technical skills or competencies mastered by students completing the secondary Academy of Database & Programming Essentials career pathway with a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher AND a grade of “B” or better in the courses specified below, are equivalent to those acquired by THE ART INSTITUTE OF FORT LAUDERDALE students completing selected core courses in the Bachelor of Science and/or Associate of Science Degree Programs chart below. TOTAL CREDITS 3 Term This agreement shall be in effect from the date above for a period of five (5) years. Students requesting credit shall satisfy the conditions of the articulation agreement at AiFL within two years after completing high school. Any request for credit received after that period shall be reviewed under AiFL policies and procedures in effect at the time of the request.
