Artiscial Intelligence — Creator, Operatorand Destroyer, Archetype of Brahma,Vishnu & Mahesh
Whether it is man’s desire that is so great that he is creating
technological God or his lack of knowledge that he aspires to cut loose
of the shackles of his biological structure, but this plug and play
mentality that technology has given us is spreading its reach to the
extreme and soon we will be able to do cut-and-paste with genetic
editing.
Let’s look at what AI is capable of.
Articial Intelligence might be producing a useless class of human,
Articial Intelligence might beat us at everything by 2060, or like what
Stephen Hawking warned us that Articial Intelligence could end
mankind.
With this, the message is very loud and clear. You Can’t Ignore AI.
. . .
AI — From “Good for us” to “God for us”Until now, AI was “Good for us” but now AI is becoming like “God forus”, and the Impact of all this is much graver and is grossly
undervalued.
In Hinduism, cosmic functions of creation, maintenance, anddestruction are personied by three deities typically Brahma the
creator, Vishnu the preserver, and Shiva the destroyer/regenerator;
also known as The Trimūrti (/trɪˈmʊərti/;[1] Sanskrit: trimūrti, “three
forms”) is the trinity of supreme divinity.
. . .
CREATOR, The Brahma
OPERATOR, The Vishnu
DESTROYER, The Mahesh/Shiva
. . .
CREATOR, The Brahma
CREATOR, The BrahmaI am a weak, ephemeral creature made of mud and dream. But I feel all
the powers of the universe whirling within me. Quoted by Nikos
Kazantzakis a Greek novelist, poet, playwright, and philosopher
The human species have been surrendering to the God, and at the same
time, man wishes to become God and generate life.
Instead of carbon-based life-form, new technology will create silicon-
based life-form that scientists have long speculated about. We can
certainly perceive that Silicon Valley is trying merging humans with
machines and warning us that otherwise, we become irrelevant.
Now, with advanced 3D printing technologies biological parts like
tissues, organs, heart can be printed; Biobots developed in labs,
something analogous to biological systems or machines of the projected
future world could one day assemble themselves or even self-heal.
. . .
. . .
Humans may merge with machines and proceed to emerge as cyborgs,
and human control over this Articial Intelligence based system will
disintegrate.
Genetically Modied Humans and 3D Printed Life raises some
profoundly serious ethical arguments that we are leaving the sanctity of
mankind on the lab table open all sorts of manipulations.
With this unfolding of the unusual species having the ability to edit
genetics, we stand well in playing God that gives birth to new life.
. . .
OPERATOR, The VishnuFrom sorting cucumbers to curing cancers Articial Intelligence based
algorithms are becoming very prominent in our everyday life.
Amelia, developed by tech rm IPsoft, is an Articial Intelligence based
software that serves 330,000 residents of one of London’s largest
boroughs. it receives 55,000 calls, 5,000 face-to-face consultations and
100,000 website visits a month and promises that Amelia will tend to
take up some of this demand
Articial Intelligence is already disrupting the business of law, Tim
Berners-Lee, inventor of the web suggests that Articial Intelligence
will run enterprises. We stand not far away from the day when AI will
be running governments
Of course, there’s yet a long way to go and a large amount of work to do
before A.I. becomes more commonplace in government. The Republic
of Estonia is even now enjoying the title of the most advanced digital
society in the world everything is conducted online from coordinating
the development and administration of the national information
system, to help the state provide the best possible services to citizens.
Idea may be far-fetched and absurd too but If exponential trajectories of
technological improvements continue like this we might have AI as our
president some day
. . .
DESTROYER, The MaheshThousands are losing jobs to AI and we continue to see this, The World
Economic Forum (WEF) warned recently that robots, automation, and
AI will replace 5 million human jobs by 2020, and half of all jobs in the
next decade,
The fact of today’s business is that AI cannot be ignored. After replacing
nearly all jobs there arrives a point when AI will threaten humanity as
technology will bring in ‘new ways things can go wrong’ for human
survival.
. . .
In-between, robots will begin doing all things, while a lot of people
derive the meaning of life from their jobs, titles, and possessions; and
once AI will make them useless; “Work is worship won’t be true
anymore”.
Once you realize that you are not needed you become boring. Once
others realize that you have no niche or needed skills they won’t chose
you to be around.
Though there will be tremendous privileges of AI: — eradication of
hunger, elimination of diseases and extension of lifespan; but with self-
regulating super intelligence will neglect you like you ignore ants in
your backyard. It wouldn’t be that they will stand up against us but we
will not grab their attention as we won’t be t for to add any value
owing to our biological limitations.
. . .
And, The Final Message Is:
If we compete against them, we lose. Rather, we
should use AI to discover what further we human can
do and let AI take over.
