rest would follow Create a loop that would connect to Hudson River
Park by a series of pedestrian bridges above West St.
Move flower market down to the area so nice smells would fill the air along the bridges
Place of quiet reflection “A suspended green valley in the Manhattan Alps” Planned to be totally accessible to the public
